N8\INSIDE SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the fragile and sometimes oversized nature of our products, we are unable to offer universal shipping of all products. Limited Edition Prints are eligible for shipping Australia wide and international shipping to most other countries.  Prints are shipped rolled using our rigid mailing tubes and premium heavy duty carton is used for framed works, so you can rest assured your work will arrive safely after its long journey. 

Oversized framed works are not eligible for international shipping and are limited to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan area addresses within Australia.  Oversized framed works include 120x180cm and 180x120cm framed works and may include other sized framed artworks as determined by N8\INSIDE.  Each delivery of oversized framed works will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and N8\INSIDE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if delivery cannot be arranged satisfactorily.  If an order is cancelled due to a shipping restriction, a full refund will be provided.  Delivery of oversized framed artwork is facilitated using trusted Art Couriers. This premium door to door service allows us to safely and efficiently deliver large and valuable artworks direct to you.

We cannot deliver packaged items over 100cm to Post Office boxes.

Please ensure all address details are correct when the order is placed. Please make sure if the delivery address is a business, that the business name is supplied. We cannot be responsible for undeliverable items of incorrect delivery addresses.

Customer phone numbers must be supplied for the Courier to contact if there are any issues with delivery. If phone numbers are not supplied, then we cannot be responsible for undeliverable items and redelivery charges.

All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then N8\INSIDE is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)

All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow up to 4 weeks production time in addition to delivery times.  If you require by a specific date please ensure this is specified so we can work with you to achieve this, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Standard Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2-10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched.
