    Returns

    Please choose carefully, all of our products are custom made-to-order items made specifically for you and therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

     All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being dispatched. However, should you receive a product that is faulty or damaged please contact hello@n8inside.com immediately and orders will be repaired, replaced or refunded in full or in part at the discretion of N8\INSIDE depending on the circumstance.  Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item. 

    Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    European Union 3 day cooling off period. Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Cancellation

    Once your order has been confirmed any cancellation request must be sent in writing to hello@n8inside.com. As each product is made-to-order for you, any cancellation request made while the item is still in production but before it has been dispatched will incur a 50% cancellation charge to cover the cost of materials used.

    Cancellation is not possible once the item has been dispatched.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
