LOCATION \ SURFERS PARADISE, QUEENSLAND

Air on Cavill was designed to capture the changing personality of the Gold Coast. The small unit is emboldened by vast views, stretching the length of the coastline. To harness this sweeping dose of nature, earthy tones and natural textures such as warm oak and stone were used throughout. Welcome by Nathan White was hung as the central artwork of the main living space and encapsulates the retro, family-beach-resort-feel of Surfers Paradise. The artwork also allowed for tones of blue, yellow, red and lime green to be pulled into the space through handmade objects and decorative elements. Finally, a restrained application of checks and stripes worked to enhance the animated joy of the apartment.
